1. Introduction

Welcome to 777sss. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777sss ("777sss", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://777sss.bet.

2. Eligibility Requirements

• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from 777sss or any other gambling platform operated under the same licence group.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

777sss reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily confirmed. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of any pending balances derived from fraudulent activity.

3. Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) single account on 777sss. The creation of multiple accounts by one individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact phone number. 777sss relies on this information for identity verification, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming monitoring. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777sss username and password. You agree to notify 777sss support immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 777sss will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain adequate credential security.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting 777sss customer support via live chat. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to a verified payment method in the player's name, subject to standard KYC requirements being met.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) & Verification

777sss is required under its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all registered accounts. KYC verification may be requested at the time of registration, prior to first withdrawal, upon reaching cumulative deposit thresholds, or at any time deemed necessary by the 777sss compliance team.

4.1 Required Documents

4.2 Verification Timelines

4.3 Right to Refuse

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.2 Deposit Rules

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own name. 777sss does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits are credited to the 777sss account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment processor, which is typically instantaneous for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions. 777sss is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.3 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification of: (a) completed KYC, (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and (c) confirmation that the withdrawal destination matches a verified payment method used for deposits. 777sss processes approved withdrawal requests within 1–5 business days depending on the selected payment method. 5.4 Withdrawal Limits

5.5 Currency

The primary account currency on 777sss is Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Players selecting PKR as their account currency will see all balances, deposits, and withdrawals denominated in PKR without any cross-currency conversion. USDT TRC20 transactions are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

777sss offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. The following general bonus conditions apply across all 777sss promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and minimum odds are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7–30 days from the date of activation. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each player is eligible to claim each individual promotion once only. Claims made via multiple accounts or with assistance from third parties to circumvent this rule will be voided.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 777sss are governed by the standard rules of the relevant sport and the specific market rules published in the 777sss sportsbook. In the event of match cancellations, postponements, or force majeure events, 777sss applies industry-standard settlement rules. Bets already settled will not be reversed unless a clear pricing or settlement error occurred on 777sss's part.

7.2 Live In-Play Betting

In-play markets are offered in real time. 777sss reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including during a live event, for reasons including but not limited to data feed issues, significant event occurrences, or risk management requirements. Bets accepted before a suspension are valid; bets placed after an event outcome is known ("courtsiding") will be voided.

7.3 Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot games on 777sss use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. 7.4 Live Dealer Games

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 777sss and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the 777sss platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from known errors are subject to reversal.

• Charging back deposits made to 777sss via banking or payment provider dispute mechanisms after funds have been played.
• Sharing account access with, or playing on behalf of, another person including family members.

9. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 777sss platform solely for personal recreational gaming purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, scraping, or commercial use of 777sss content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777sss and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 777sss platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or financial loss resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Any decisions made by players based on information or content displayed on the 777sss platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, or promotional materials.

In jurisdictions where the limitation of liability for negligence or certain types of damage is restricted by law, 777sss's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted in that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits 777sss's liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

777sss collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering on 777sss, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. 777sss will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or licence obligations.

13. Changes to These Terms

777sss reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification or prominent in-platform notice with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the 777sss platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. 14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777sss holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through 777sss's internal complaints procedure by contacting support at [email protected]. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through the internal procedure within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism available under 777sss's applicable gaming licence.

Nothing in this clause limits the right of either party to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where necessary to protect legitimate interests pending the outcome of dispute resolution proceedings.
